Doggies…diapers…despair…

Our new puppy Ginger is a handful. I didn’t realize the difference in a female dogs’ disposition compared to a male dog. Ginger is totally different than our male dog Koko. She comes when she wants to and always takes over the food or water bowl when Koko is trying to eat or get a drink. She is a pistol! I tell her the only thing that saves her is her cuteness.

..and we had to do this to poor little Koko…he is having some ‘issues’….we hope he gets better soon!

Girl dog or boy dog?

We just got a new puppy. We already had a male dog. Now we have a female dog! I am discovering that girl dogs are meaner than boy dogs. “Ginger” hogs Koko’s water bowl and she relentlessly wants to romp with him! The only thing that saves her is her infinite cuteness….

Yes she fell asleep like this …soo cute…dang….think we’ll keep her.

These ducks hatched in bushes in our front yard recently, then one day they hatched and packed up and left. Actually they left a lot of duck debris behind.. I love the last little guy here who just won’t give up! Enjoy.

One of my favorite all time songs is by the Pure Prairie League called “Amy.” I got the chance to meet them and enjoy a great show recently at our 31st street concert series at Neptunes Park. INAPPROPRIATE SUMMER CLOTHES FOR THE OFFICE

Generally, the dress code lightens up at work during the summer. Here are Summer Office Clothing Taboos:

1. Flip-flops
2. Bathing suits in any form
3. Sunglasses indoors
4. Shorts
5. Tank tops
6. Apparel that smells like or carries remnants of the beach
7. Funny shirts or shirts from your vacation destination
8. Anything see-through

STUPID WARNING LABELS

The following are from actual recent warning labels.
1. From roof antenna installation instructions: “Do not install if drunk, pregnant or both. So not eat antenna. Do not throw antenna at spouse.”
2. Vidal Sassoon blow dryer: “Do not use while sleeping.”
3. From an iPod shuffle: “Do not eat iPod shuffle.”
4. From a sign in locker room: “Hair dryers for hair on head only.”
5. On children’s clothing: “For child’s safety, garment should fit snugly. This garment is not flame-resistant. Loose-fitting garment is more likely to catch fire.”
6. Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner: “Remove bottle before replacing batteries. When inserting refill, stand to the side to avoid getting splashed. This is not a body wash.”
